Hyg. Carmen was an absolute delight as well as Dr. Peters, and Omar; they explained everything beautifully without making me feel unseen, irresponsible, or stupid.
They heard of any complains and gave me moments to breath unlike I've experienced before where they make me feel like I just had to deal with it because it was part of the process. Even giving me more anesthesia when I reacted rather than thinking I was pretending or dramatic as I've been accused of before in another clinic.
I really appreciate their love and patience.
If I needed a break they never showed any signs of irritation or anything at all. If I needed clarification they didn't feel at all bothered by it, which was really comforting.
I'm not good with dental spaces, but so far, I feel nice here.
