The hygienist was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure I understood exactly what she was doing throughout the cleaning. And the dentist was wonderful — genuinely friendly, patient, and took the time to clearly explain everything, from what she was seeing to what to expect next. I never felt rushed or confused.
