Juan at the front desk provided absolutely phenomenal service. He was warm, welcoming, and had me laughing within minutes of checking in. His sense of humor immediately put me at ease, which says a lot for a dental office! The hygienist was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure I understood exactly what she was doing throughout the cleaning. And the dentist was wonderful — genuinely friendly, patient, and took the time to clearly explain everything, from what she was seeing to what to expect next. I never felt rushed or confused. It’s rare to find a dental office where every single person on the team is this good AND genuinely pleasant to be around. SoDo Smiles has earned a patient for life. Highly, highly recommend!
